\nJob Purpose:
\nResponsible for analyzing operational data, generating insights on the performance of key processes, and building dashboards to support process improvement initiatives.
\nMain Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
\nProvide actionable insights to support performance monitoring of key processes across the bank.
\nCollaborate with process owners to interpret data and develop strategies to optimize operations.
\nCollect and analyze data related to workflow processes, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies.
\nProvide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
\nDesign, build, and maintain dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational processes.
\nEnsure dashboards provide real-time, user-friendly, and accurate insights to stakeholders.
\nContinuously enhance dashboard functionality based on feedback and evolving business needs.
\nEstablish metrics and benchmarks for evaluating the effectiveness of operational processes.
\nMonitor and report on the performance of key processes to identify areas for improvement.
\nSupport periodic reviews of operational metrics to assess alignment with business objectives.
\nWork closely with the Operational Transformation & Assurance team to analyze data in support of ongoing process improvement projects.
\nUse data to measure the impact of transformation initiatives and recommend further enhancements.
\nProvide analytical support for root cause analysis of operational issues.
\nAnalyze process gaps and inefficiencies
\nRecommend actionable solution for process improvement
\nEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used in reporting and analysis.
\nSupport the implementation of data governance policies to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.<\/p>\n

\nKnowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
\nStrong skills in SQL for querying and managing databases.
\nBasic understanding of programming languages like Python or R is an advantage.
\nKnowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\nExcellent communication and presentation skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
\nAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
\nAdditional certifications in data analytics (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) and Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma) are an advantage.
\nMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a banking or operational environment.
