\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Comply with the management indicators: contractability rate, Effectiveness, call quality, Retention and Volume.
\nComply the performance indicators: sales volume target, availability\/ SKU per Customer.
\nKnow the client base of the assigned zone and its purchase volume
\nBe very compliant driven of the company\u2019s policies and business processes
\nOutbound Calls<\/p>\n

\nKey Attributes and Competencies:<\/p>\n
Computer literacy \u2013 Basic knowledge of Excel\/Word

Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Degree level qualification or equivalent, preferably in Commerce
