Responsible for meeting or Exceeding NTB Volume as assigned.<br \/>\nRoles &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022Develop and execute customized territory business plans to increase sales volume and market share within Merchants space in the regions as assigned.<br \/>\n\u2022Create new sales and revenue generating opportunities as appropriate.<br \/>\n\u2022Utilize a consultative sales approach that ensures that the client\u2019s business objectives are met, and that the performance metrics of their payment portfolios are maximized.<br \/>\n\u2022Prepare proposals, high impact sales presentations and negotiate contractual relationships with new and existing customers.<br \/>\n\u2022Contribute to the development of Merchant Acquiring strategy<br \/>\n\u2022Develop partnerships and campaigns with merchants as per assigned portfolio and territory to grow revenues and brand visibility for both during the year.<br \/>\n\u2022Monitor merchants with dormant and low\/zero volume and recover PoS during the assigned year.<br \/>\n\u2022Handle all chargeback and disputes for all merchants as they are reported and work with internal departments till closure.<br \/>\n\u2022Deliver POS terminals within the assigned SLA<br \/>\n\u2022Assist line manager in driving the acquiring strategy and any work \/ project assigned.<br \/>\nReporting<br \/>\n\u2022Develop deep understanding of the merchant business and provide analytical and strategic reports for NTB (weekly) that will help to track business in relation to business objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales call reports.<br \/>\n\u2022Provide competitor intelligence reports on products and tariffs.<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure merchant Database and PoS Verification tables are updated<br \/>\n\u2022Prepare a strong pipeline based on the target segment and other factors by coordinating with Branches and RMs.<br \/>\nQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<br \/>\n\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.<br \/>\n\u20222+ years of experience in similar positions.<br \/>\n\u2022Experience working with agents or merchants, with a focus on customer service and relationship management.<br \/>\n\u2022Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with merchants, agents, and team members.<br \/>\n\u2022Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n\u2022Good analytical and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\n\u2022Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
