This position utilizes product ideation, design, project management, and Lean methodology to support and lead the implementation of new digital products, enhancements, and platform improvements. Moreover, it serves as an intermediary between the business and digital teams, facilitating seamless collaboration, goal alignment, and effective execution of digital initiatives. This role also promotes a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, maintaining the team\u2019s agility and forward-thinking approach.<br \/>\nRoles &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022Diligently monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape, bringing fresh ideas to the table<br \/>\n\u2022Consult and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to better understand the business requirements, product needs and alternative solutions.<br \/>\n\u2022Support business case creation, gathering requirements and information from various business units as the digital product owner.<br \/>\n\u2022Passionately pursuing the improvement of the digital user experience that generates revenue to the business, includes reporting and analysis<br \/>\n\u2022Be a liaison between information technology, business team and other units throughout project creation to post-launch support.<br \/>\n\u2022Taking ownership and ensuring consistency deliverable of all digital products and business vision \/ strategy to contribute to the overall bank vision.<br \/>\n\u2022Keeping track of all business priorities and innovations that need to be delivered beyond the set time.<br \/>\n\u2022Be involved in the execution of digital products and services including: all aspects relating to the business need across all digital spectrum i.e., mobile, web, USSD, QR, Wallets, online banking and website platforms etc.<br \/>\n\u2022Work with UX\/UI designers to ensure digital banking platforms are user-friendly and intuitive.<br \/>\n\u2022Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve customer experience.<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure digital banking solutions comply with industry regulations (e.g., NPS, AML).<br \/>\n\u2022Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on digital banking operations.<br \/>\n\u2022Monitor competitors\u2019 digital banking offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.<br \/>\n\u2022Benchmark the organization\u2019s digital banking services against industry standards.<br \/>\nQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<br \/>\n\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably in the fields of information technology, computer science, business, banking and finance or other relevant academic backgrounds, preferably with a significant track record in managing digital channels Excellent technical skills, project management abilities<br \/>\n\u2022At least 3+ years of relevant working experience in Digital space, digital marketing and innovation, MNO\u2019s or fintech or as aggregator.<br \/>\n\u2022Strong Inter-personal skills and ability to influence other functions and Strong Communication skills \u2013 oral, written &amp; presentation.<br \/>\n\u2022BA certification will be added advantage<br \/>\n\u2022Strong skills in business analyst and innovation with proper track of achievement.<br \/>\n\u2022Knowledge and understanding on how government system works like GePG, TIPS, MUSE or any independent third-party applications or platforms.<br \/>\n\u2022Knowledge of digital banking platforms, APIs, and fintech solutions.<br \/>\n\u2022Familiarity with tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
