\nResponsibility:
\nROLE PURPOSE OF THE STATEMENT
\nTo sell Precision Air product and network to achieve the set sales targets within the assigned territory.
\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES \/ RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Drive the Passenger Sales and Marketing plan and deliver the company\u2019s business objectives.
\nMonitor, evaluate and recommend pricing levels to deliver expected yield, margin and revenue targets
\nAssist to safeguard PW\u2019s interest in the assigned territory.
\nManage relationships with the travel trade and corporate companies to enhance the company\u2019s image and revenue generation.
\nProvide input and participate in the identification and progress of new business opportunities for revenue growth (through special prorate\/ interline agreements\/partnerships etc).
\nParticipate in PW\u2019s passenger revenue budget process.
\nAssess and propose appropriate incentive schemes to TA, Corporate travel, and Govt so as to enhance productivity, efficiency and maximization of revenue.
\nDevelop and monitor expenditure budget\/actual and control costs.
\nAny other duties as may be assigned by the management.<\/p>\n

Experience :
\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
University Graduate
\n3 years\u2019 airline experience in sales and marketing
\nExcellent computer skills
\nStrong analytical and visionary skills
\nPlanning and organizational skills
\nBusiness acumen
\nKnowledge of airline business processes is an added advantage
\nMust have a Valid police certificate of good conduct
\nValid Driver\u2019s License with clean driving records<\/p>\n
