\nThe\u00a0key purpose\u00a0of this role is to safely operate and maintain defined packaging equipment and related processes in order to achieve optimal effectiveness\u200b.
\n\u00a0
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Operating equipment and manage associated processes & performance in packaging
\nInterpret and implement production plan for shift
\nOperate manual and automatic machines online as per standards
\nEnsure process quality and productivity
\nPerform administration work such as tracking and monitoring of processes and take action when required
\nManage PIMS & POMS and take corrective action on negative trends
\nUse of OFR\u2019s (As per triggers)
\nContribute towards AB reports as required
\nEnsure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment<\/p>\n

\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Diploma in Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering or related field
\nTraining: Min \u2013 9 months on the job training
\nExperience within FMCG industry\u200b will be an added advantage
\nUnderstanding of VPO principles<\/p>\n
