We offer a range of retail, business, corporate and investment banking, wealth management products and services.<br \/>\nJob Summary<br \/>\nTo execute the Markets Sales business strategy according to the Markets Strategy and Policies &amp; Procedures, and in line with Group Values.<br \/>\nJob Description\u200b<br \/>\nAccountability:\u00a0\u00a0Markets Sales Dealing. Time split : 80%<\/p>\n<p>Drive and manage revenue growth and to meet the sales budget<br \/>\nLead on development of New Products, under the guidance of the Head of Markets Sales, actively participating in the implementation of the Markets Sales Strategy in line with Markets Sales country sales requirements.<br \/>\nWorking closely with the Head of Markets sales to implement sales growth strategy across the portfolio which includes:<\/p>\n<p>On-boarding relevant clients<br \/>\nCollaboration with stake holders in mapping and closure of deals<\/p>\n<p>Working closely with the Head of markets sales to implement the Risk Management Products (RMP\u2019s) roll out in country, which includes:<\/p>\n<p>Assisting the NPA champion in ensuring that NPA approvals are obtained for markets product<br \/>\n\u00a0Looking for opportunities to present RMP\u2019s to clients and Closing RMP deals<\/p>\n<p>Ensure that all branch FX transactions are advised and covered through the FX trading desk for efficient management of FX position<br \/>\nActing as the primary point of contact for both internal (Corporate &amp; RBB) and external Markets Sales clients, ensuring regular face-to-face engagement with the Corporate team to promote teamwork<br \/>\nManage one\u2019s Direct Dealing Mandate (DDM) client portfolio, to include:<\/p>\n<p>Daily contact with DDM clients<br \/>\nRegular face-to-face interaction with DDM clients<br \/>\nRegular contact with principal Relationship Manager<\/p>\n<p>Managing one\u2019s allocated client portfolio and support the team in the management of the other client portfolios where needed<br \/>\nUnder the direction of the Head of Markets Sales achieving a leading position in the chosen products, markets and segments by:<\/p>\n<p>Spending at least 50% of one\u2019s time meeting with existing and identified new clients<br \/>\nGiving superior customer service<br \/>\nPresenting the full NBC product set to clients whilst managing the product portfolio to suit client needs<br \/>\nExpanding the customer base to financial institutions and investors as is appropriate<br \/>\nEngaging with and delivering on Business Banking initiatives to grow the client base and the product distribution<br \/>\nUndertaking customer visits and joint customer visits with Corporate<\/p>\n<p>Managing one\u2019s client portfolio to generate strong growth and sustainable returns over the business cycle with special focus on Customer Service and Financial Performance<br \/>\nAssisting the Head of Markets Sales in achieving strategic and tactical objectives<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAccountability:\u00a0 Reporting : Time split : 5%<\/p>\n<p>Providing reporting on client growth, volume and profitability in one\u2019s own portfolio<br \/>\nUpdating client pipeline and tracking the same for closure.<br \/>\nProviding detailed Management Information to the Head of Markets Sales on the composition, performance and profitability of the client portfolios on a monthly basis<br \/>\nAssisting the Head of Markets Sales with any ad-hoc reporting requests<\/p>\n<p>Accountability:\u00a0\u00a0Risk management.\u00a0\u00a0Time split : 10%<\/p>\n<p>Maintaining a strong compliance culture<br \/>\nAdhering to all the policies and procedures of the bank<br \/>\nEnsuring that all deals are dealt within dealer limits (market risk limits, counterparty limits, dealer\u2019s mandate)<br \/>\nEnsuring high quality of service to all clients (reputational risk)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAccountability:\u00a0\u00a0Personal Development.\u00a0\u00a0Time split : 10%<\/p>\n<p>Actively managing one\u2019s own technical and soft skills development in conjunction with the Head of Markets Sales<br \/>\nResearching, identifying and proposing training solutions for own development to the Head of Markets Sales<br \/>\nMaintain an up to-date knowledge of economic conditions and market trends, on which to base informed dialogue with customers concerning the market risks in their business.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nEducation and Experience Required<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree<br \/>\nACI Dealing Certificate<br \/>\n1-2+ years related experience<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge &amp;
