Internal Auditor
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Ensure vehicles comply with regulatory safety, emissions, and roadworthiness standards.
\nPerform audit assignments using audit checklist provided.
\nAll audit activities have to be performed as per the timelines given in the Work\/Audit Analysis checklist.
\nPrepare Audit Report as per Audit Report Template.
\nAll audits must be conducted by preparing Year to Date Audit workings and Annexure.
\nAll Audit workings, Annexure, and Audit Report must be named clearly for reuse of the same in subsequent audits.
\nPerform regular follow-up with Process Owners\/Department or section head to close Audit Non-conformities in a timely manner.
\nPerform audit assignments of other team members in their absence due to Annual Leave or being assigned to other depots for additional responsibilities.
\nAny other project work or responsibilities, attending team meetings as may be assigned from time to time.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with CPA.
\nStrong analytical and report-writing skills.
\nHigh integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
\nStrong working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
\nExperience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle inspection, automotive maintenance, or in internal or external auditing.<\/p>\n
