\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related field.<\/p>\n
Experience: 1-3 years in Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Financial Services.<\/p>\n
Core Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Credit and Savings products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.<\/p>\n
Develop initiatives to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and maintain a competitive edge.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to facilitate product discussions, checklists, and launches.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely communication with partners regarding access renewals and daily operational activities.<\/p>\n
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in product operations.<\/p>\n
Support the automation of operational processes and streamline workflows for efficiency.<\/p>\n
Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management and partners.<\/p>\n
Design and execute promotional activities to boost product adoption and engagement.<\/p>\n
Core Competencies:<\/p>\n
Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.<\/p>\n
Mature with a strong sense of ownership and highly self-motivated.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English & Swahili.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and experience in project management is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
