\nRequired Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.<\/p>\n
A minimum of 6 years of work experience in product management, sales, marketing, or related fields.<\/p>\n
Core Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Implement and execute merchant onboarding strategies, blending direct channels with partnership-driven approaches to achieve aggressive growth targets.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research to identify untapped opportunities, expanding geographical coverage and tailoring acquisition efforts to high-potential regions and industries.<\/p>\n
Develop and roll out comprehensive training programs to equip merchants with the knowledge and tools to maximize the Lipa Kwa Simu platform\u2019s benefits, ensuring rapid adoption and operational success.<\/p>\n
Define and track critical KPIs to measure success of various onboarding channels and guide strategic adjustments.<\/p>\n
Establish and nurture high-impact relationships with various merchant types across different market verticals to amplify acquisition efforts and unlock new merchant networks.<\/p>\n
Harness advanced analytics to assess campaign performance, refine tactics, and deliver actionable insights that enhance acquisition efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Core Competencies:<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of the merchant payment business.<\/p>\n
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
Ability to manage field teams and maximize their output.<\/p>\n
Innovative and sound business acumen.<\/p>\n
