{"id":1449,"date":"2025-05-13T12:00:13","date_gmt":"2025-05-13T12:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/job\/direct-sales-agents-at-ecobank\/"},"modified":"2025-08-29T00:50:11","modified_gmt":"2025-08-29T00:50:11","slug":"direct-sales-agents-at-ecobank","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/?post_type=job_listing&p=1449","title":{"rendered":"Direct Sales Agents at Ecobank"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ecobank \u2013 The Pan African Bank<br \/>\nIS\u00a0 HIRING<br \/>\nDirect Sales Agents<br \/>\nReporting to:\u00a0Branch Manager<br \/>\nLocations: Dar es Salaam, Arusha and Mwanza, Tanzania.<br \/>\nJob summary:<br \/>\n\u2022 To identify prospective Consumer Banking customers from (Local Corporates Companies, Small and Medium Enterprises firms, Government entities, NGO\u2019s, Various Institutions, Social Groups and Individuals).<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022 Represent the Bank and act as first point of contact in the selected market.<br \/>\n\u2022 Record and report client enquiries and complaints or any relevant market feedback to the Bank Officer responsible.<br \/>\n\u2022 Keep and submit accurate sales records to the Bank Officer responsible for enabling payment of commission.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure Bank\u2019s procedures on account opening and KYC\/AML and Agent Banking guidelines are strictly followed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Comply with the Bank\u2019s code of conduct and laws of the country in execution of your duties.<br \/>\n\u2022 Selling prepaid cards<br \/>\n\u2022 Ecobank Mobile Application Activation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitate the opening of all types of accounts on behalf of the bank.<br \/>\n\u2022 Training, coaching, and guiding prepaid cards related issues.<br \/>\n\u2022 Make a visit to customers location for monitoring at least once in 3 months.<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertake any other assignments relating to marketing efforts as may be assigned to you from time to time.<br \/>\nQualification &amp; Experience:<br \/>\n\u2022 Diploma\/bachelor\u2019s degree in business related fields of study or equivalents.<br \/>\n\u2022 One year sales experience and knowledge on banking products &amp; operations.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
