The CNG Station Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations, including filling\/mother\/daughter stations. The role ensures strict compliance with safety standards, supervises station staff, and upholds high levels of customer service. The Supervisor will monitor filling activities, enforce operational procedures, and assist the Station Manager in meeting sales and performance targets, ensuring smooth and efficient station operations.<\/p>\n

Supervise day-to-day operations of the CNG station, ensuring efficiency and safety.
\nEnsure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
\nEnsure proper handling, storage, and dispensing of CNG according to industry safety standards.
\nOversee station cleanliness and organization, including customer waiting areas.<\/p>\n

Enforce strict adherence to CNG safety procedures, including established standards and local regulatory requirements.
\nSupervise routine inspections of equipment, pipelines, and dispensing units to identify potential hazards.
\nEnsure all staff are trained on emergency response procedures and proper CNG handling.
\nReport and document any incidents, leaks, or safety concerns immediately.<\/p>\n

\nStaff Supervision & Training<\/p>\n
Supervise gas attendants and station staff, ensuring adherence to assigned tasks.
\nAssist in training site staffs on safety standards, filling procedures, and customer service.
\nAssit in monitoring staff performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
\nPrepare and manage shift schedules to ensure smooth station operations.<\/p>\n

\nCustomer Service & Sales Support<\/p>\n
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
\nSupport the station manager in implementing promotional strategies to increase sales.
\nMonitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving service delivery.<\/p>\n

\nEquipment Maintenance & Technical Support<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections of CNG equipment including , gas filters and dryers , cascade storage , compressors , dispensers , priority panels , trailer filling posts, decanting panels, Pressure reduction systems , and any other equipment.
\nCoordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing and repairs.
\nEnsure proper calibration of dispensing meters and report any technical faults to management.<\/p>\n

\nReporting & Documentation<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of daily fuel sales, inventory levels, and cash transactions.
\nPrepare daily operational reports and submit them to the station manager.
\nDocument all safety checks, incidents, and maintenance activities.<\/p>\n

\nExperience:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3 years in CNG station operations and maintanance.
\nStrong knowledge of CNG systems, including turbine flowmeters, dryers, filters, compressors, cascade storage, and dispensers.
\nStrong understanding of HSSE regulations and compliance requirements.
\nExperience in operations management, and maintenance coordination.
\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
\nStrong background in CNG operations and maintanance.<\/p>\n

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
\nFamiliarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in gas operations.

\nAbility to work under pressure and respond to emergency situations promptly.
\nProficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.<\/p>\n

\nAdditional Training on LNG or CNG Will be advantegeous<\/p>\n
