\nJob Purpose:
\nResponsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting solution delivery, and driving process improvement initiatives, also ensures that all recommended solutions are data-driven, risk-informed, and aligned with strategic goals.
\nMain Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Gather (Elicit), analyze, validate and document detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
\nFacilitate workshops, interviews, and process reviews with users to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimization.
\nTranslate business requirements into clear specifications and use cases for system development and process improvement.
\nCollaborate with system developers, architects, and vendors to ensure proposed solutions meet business expectations and compliance requirements
\nManage stakeholder expectations and facilitate consensus across cross-functional teams.
\nConduct regular engagement meetings to communicate project status, clarify requirements, and gather feedback.
\nPrepare business cases, project charters, and detailed analysis reports to support decision-making.
\nDevelop process documentation, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
\nProduce post-implementation reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
\nUse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
\nAnalyze business processes, operational data, and customer feedback to support business recommendations.
\nPresent findings and insights to stakeholders with visual dashboards, graphs, or summary reports.
\nDevelop test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure all requirements are validated before go-live.
\nSupport change management by facilitating training, knowledge transfer, and user onboarding sessions.
\nParticipate in process reviews and recommend improvements based on root cause analysis and feedback.
\nKeep abreast of market trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n
Ability to map, model, and improve current business processes using tools such as BPMN or Visio.
\nProficient in capturing and translating complex business needs into clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements.
\nSkilled in developing test cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting quality assurance processes.
\nProficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, Visio, Jira, Confluence, SQL).
\nAbility to approach problems systematically and think through complex scenarios to recommend actionable solutions.
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
\nMeticulous in documentation, analysis, and testing to ensure quality and completeness in all deliverables.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
\nHands-on experience in managing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into actionable insights.
