The role ensures that all Logistics operations support the timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Plan, coordinate and monitor logistics operations<br \/>\nPrepare regular reports on logistics activities, costs and efficiency<br \/>\nTrack movement of trucks, materials and report any delays or discrepancies<br \/>\nOptimize routes and transport schedules to reduce costs and enhance efficiency<br \/>\nEnsure the safety and maintenance of logistics equipment and vehicles.<br \/>\nSupervise approvals of fuel used on trucks and record all logistics approvals<br \/>\nBe active on WhatsApp groups all the time<br \/>\nPreparing and following up trucks status and conditions everyday and share in official WhatsApp groups<br \/>\nFlexible to work across various locations and projects<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nQualifications and experience<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in logistics, supply chain management, procurement or related field.<br \/>\nAl least two years experience in logistics, preferably in construction industry.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills<br \/>\nStrong organizational and problem solving abilities<br \/>\nApplicants living in Mwanza will be considered first.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
