\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years in front office or customer service roles
\nContract: 2 years with the possibility of renewal upon performance
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Greet and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers with professionalism and courtesy.
\n\u2022 Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage company emails.
\n\u2022 Manage appointment schedules, meetings and conference bookings.
\n\u2022 Organize and maintain front office and filing systems.
\n\u2022 Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area aligned with the company image.
\n\u2022 Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing and logistics.
\n\u2022 Assist in coordinating internal communications and staff announcements.
\n\u2022 Actively manage and update the company\u2019s social media pages with basic posts and
\nresponses.
\n\u2022 And perform all other duties related to this post as instructed by the supervisor.
\nRequired Skills & Knowledge:
\n\u2022 Diploma in Office Administration, Business Studies, or related field.
\n\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
\n\u2022 Strong written and oral communication in English and Kiswahili.
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
\n\u2022 High level of integrity and professionalism.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with using Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business for client
\ncommunication.<\/p>\n
