\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years in professional architecture roles
\nContract: 2 years with the possibility of renewal upon performance
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial and recreational
\nprojects.
\n\u2022 Create detailed architectural plans, blueprints and 3D visualizations.
\n\u2022 Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments.
\n\u2022 Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers to ensure design
\nalignment.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with local zoning, building codes and safety regulations.
\n\u2022 Supervise architectural aspects during project execution
\n\u2022 Engage clients to gather and refine design requirements.
\n\u2022 Present design proposals and revisions to management and clients.
\n\u2022 And perform all other duties related to this post as instructed by the supervisor.
\nRequired Skills & Knowledge:
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
\n\u2022 Registered\/licensed architect is an added advantage.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in some\/ all the following software: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp,
\nLumion, and Revit.
\n\u2022 Strong design sensibility and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2022 Excellent project documentation and presentation ability.
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of sustainable and tropical architecture.<\/p>\n
