\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant transport regulations<\/p>\n
Managing the movement of transport equipment and ensuring timely deliveries<\/p>\n
Observing transport vehicles for faults and reporting issues<\/p>\n
Effective communication with fleet users (departments) to ensure smooth and timely service<\/p>\n
Assisting with pre-start checks and servicing of transport equipment<\/p>\n
Working closely with drivers and other logistics personnel to optimize efficiency<\/p>\n
Monitoring and verifying overtime of operators and drivers\u2019 working hours under all departments<\/p>\n
Performing any additional tasks assigned by superiors to support transport operations<\/p>\n
Qualification and Skills Required<\/p>\n
3 years\u2019 proven working experience<\/p>\n
A diploma in logistics and transport management, diploma in automobile engineering, or any other related field<\/p>\n
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/p>\n
Applicant must have NIDA & TIN<\/p>\n
Introduction letter from local government and two referee letters<\/p>\n
