Nestled within lush gardens, our villas provide an elegant and intimate retreat, perfect for romantic getaways or family vacations.<br \/>\nTo strengthen our management team, we are recruiting an experienced and passionate\u00a0Accommodation Manager, dedicated to service excellence.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee the front office, concierge, housekeeping, porter, and butler departments.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure outstanding, personalized guest service throughout the entire stay.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead, train, and motivate the accommodation team (approx. 20 team members).<br \/>\n\u2022 Uphold 5-star service standards and ensure full compliance with international hospitality norms and Relais &amp; Chateaux commitments<br \/>\n\u2022 Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads (F&amp;B, spa, sales, etc.).<br \/>\nJob search<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage departmental budgets and drive performance metrics (occupancy, guest satisfaction, cost control).<br \/>\n\u2022 Handle guest complaints or sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nProfile:<br \/>\n\u2022 Degree in hospitality management, luxury tourism, or a related field (BTS, Bachelor, MBA).<br \/>\n\u2022 At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or international 5-star property.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
