Mitiki Park, a growing destination pick for entertainment, relaxation, delicious food options, and great ambiance for everyone;\u00a0 a unique outdoor venue experience which caters for different events.\u00a0 We have everything for everyone!<br \/>\nMitiki Park is seeking to recruit a qualified, energetic Director of Operations position to oversee it\u2019s overall daily operations of Mitiki Park, and sister business, Mitiki Beverage, with the aim of sustaining overall positive performance gains, streamlining processes and promoting further growth for the Mitiki brand.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe Director of Operations will report to the Advisory Board<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nRoles and responsibility:<br \/>\nGrowth:\u00a0Design approaches to facilitate growth of the business<br \/>\nFiscal Management:\u00a0In liaison with the Finance Officer, jointly oversee budget monitoring, conduct expenditure analyses review, Oversee sales targets (weekly, monthly and annually),<br \/>\nBrand Enhancement:\u00a0Enhance visibility of the Mitiki Brand, through internal and external innovative approaches such as Marketing\u00a0 including social media platforms), Communications, and Entertainment and internal and\u00a0 external networking opportunities.<br \/>\nCustomer Experience and Satisfaction:\u00a0Maintain an up to date database of existing and new customers.\u00a0 Create (KYC) approaches to ensure maximum customer satisfaction ratings. Also maintain active customer feedback mechanisms through in person, virtual platforms, as needed, and other fora, to ensure issues are mitigated and effectively addressed in real time.<br \/>\nHR:\u00a0Oversee staff recruitment and retainment of all staff, supervise payroll, Oversee\u00a0\u00a0 staff performance management.\u00a0 Overall head of the unit heads(UHs), spearhead professional development strategies<br \/>\nAsset Management:\u00a0Create and oversee stock\u00a0 and inventory management system (s)<br \/>\nCompliance: Ensure company compliance with TRA, Local Government, OSHA. Fire Safety etc<br \/>\nInternal Controls:\u00a0Enhance and oversee existing internal controls policies and procedures<br \/>\nSupervisory role:\u00a0 Supervise the following unit heads: Manager, Mitiki Beverage Supply Chain Associate, Mitiki Park Customer Experience Associate, New Business Development Coordinator<br \/>\nEvents Management:\u00a0Provide regular direction to Customer Service Associate on\u00a0 all stages of events planning for outdoor engagements<br \/>\nFood and Beverage:\u00a0 Provide regular direction to Customer Service Associate to uphold and maintain standards to ensure both Mitiki restaurants maintain high quality foods and wide beverage options that meet customers satisfaction.<br \/>\nGrounds Management:\u00a0Environment, Sanitation and Hygiene oversight, grounds management, Safety and Security<br \/>\nOther duties as necessary<br \/>\nQualifications:<br \/>\n3 years comparable experience<br \/>\nAdvanced diploma or degree from an accredited institution in preferably Marketing, Administration , Management<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
