\nThe Electronic Health Record (EHR) Technical Support Officer: Short-term Contract- Dar es Salaam.
\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive\u00a0Electronic Health Record (EHR) Technical Support\u00a0Officer to support the maintenance, and optimization of (EHR) systems, with a specific focus on stock\/inventory management and health financing modules. The successfully candidate will bridge clinical, financial, and operational requirements, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and seamless integration with existing healthcare workflows.

\nAmong the Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
System Management & Support
\nStock & Inventory Integration
\nHealth Financing Integration
\nData & Reporting
\nTrain clinical and administrative staff on EHR usage, especially stock and finance modules
\nCreate and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.<\/p>\n

\nAbout You:
\nTo succeed in this role, you must be\/have:<\/p>\n
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with EHR\/EMR systems in the healthcare settings.
\nExperience in stock\/inventory systems and\/or health financing platforms is highly desirable.
\nFamiliarity with healthcare supply chain and financing workflows.
\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
\nStrong communication and training abilities.
\nExcellent problem-solving and time management skills.
\nAbility to work collaboratively across clinical, financial, and IT teams.
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.<\/p>\n
