\nMain Areas of Responsibility1. Operational
\nRecruitment, Selection & Induction:
\nOnline recruitment<\/p>\n
Process all Recruitment Request Forms (RRF) on time
\nEnsure medical exams, job descriptions, PPE, and contracts are provided pre-employment
\nConduct HR site inductions and collect onboarding documents<\/p>\n
Payroll Management:<\/p>\n
Report deductions, absenteeism, etc.
\nVerify and ensure documentation is complete
\nDistribute manual payslips where required
\nSubmit payroll data to HQ in a timely manner
\nCollect & record attendance and approved overtime<\/p>\n
Online recruitment
\nLabour Subcontractor Management:<\/p>\n
Ensure subcontractor compliance with site rules and Tanzanian labour laws
\nMaintain masterlist of subcontracted employees
\nMonitor entries\/exits and absenteeism
\nReport discrepancies and non-compliance<\/p>\n
2. Planning<\/p>\n
Maintain regularly updated HR documentation
\nEnsure discipline and time management
\nAdminister personnel records including sickness, absenteeism, holidays
\nEnsure employment contracts are valid and up to date
\nReport site matters to HR Lead\/Manager<\/p>\n
3. People<\/p>\n

Manage the site HR budget and ensure effective use<\/p>\n
6. HSEQ<\/p>\n
Ensure office visitors and contractors undergo induction with HSE Department<\/p>\n
7. Compliance<\/p>\n
Comply with HR policies and procedures
\nAdhere to all relevant labour laws and employment regulations
\nPromote awareness through training and communication
\nEnsure operations align with legal and policy standards<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
\nWork Experience:\u00a0Minimum 4 years
