Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?<br \/>\nThe\u00a0key purpose\u00a0of this role is to be part of the frontline team that supports our top Wholesalers at a regional level through joint business planning and brilliantly executing our push and pull strategies to ensure we grow profitable Volume and Market share and achieve our business objectives.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nIntegrated Business Planning<\/p>\n<p>Use data and market related information to analyze the market and identify opportunities \u2013 competitor activity\/footprint, route to market strategies, credit offerings, sales and marketing activities<br \/>\nApply commercial understanding to collaboratively develop integrated plans in-line with short- and long-term business objectives<br \/>\nUnderstand key marketing concepts (e.g., brand positioning, target segments, key occasions), ABI\u2019s &amp; competitors brands in order to make better commercial decisions and capture opportunities<br \/>\nBudget alignment to support push and pull activities while ensuring visibility of our brands (CAPIN, OPEX)<br \/>\nIdentify new opportunities and common problems in the region and synthesize them into the integrated plan<br \/>\nApply relevant legislation<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Drive profitable Volume and Share growth through rigorous execution of the business plan<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Achieve business outputs and tactical outputs as per plan and strategy \u2013 Big Bets<br \/>\nApply financial and commercial acumen, with strict budget management<br \/>\nDevelop and execute best in class initiatives<br \/>\nStrong regional and national GA accounts integration critical to drive and achieve the business objectives<\/p>\n<p>POC and Internal Relationship Management<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Build strong POC relationships and address any issues (pain points) by involving different ABI teams (e.g., Logistics and Finance) ensuring highest level of customer service<br \/>\nInternal customer relationship management, developing social systems to ensure alignment and achievement of the business objectives<\/p>\n<p>Engage and develop the organization<\/p>\n<p>Implement the ABInBev People Cycle with quality and adherence to calendar<br \/>\nLead capability building amongst teams and individuals, while developing best in class initiatives<br \/>\nMaintain a safe healthy and positive working environment<br \/>\nLead and direct all engagement activities to ensure high levels of morale and inclusivity<\/p>\n<p>Key Attributes and Competencies:<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Good interpersonal skills \/ builds good relationships<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure<br \/>\nGood verbal and communication skills<br \/>\nGood self-management principles<br \/>\nAbility to adapt to and implement change effectively<br \/>\nExcellent coaching capability<br \/>\nStrives for continuous improvement<br \/>\nStrong leadership skills<br \/>\nSound judgement and decision-making ability<br \/>\nExcellent numerical, analytical and planning ability<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Sales\/Marketing Degree \u2013 Post Graduate business qualification preferable.<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years experience at a Management level within Sales.<br \/>\nExperienced in the In-Home channel and trade schemes (IRS, SIU)<br \/>\nKnowledge of all relevant legislative requirements<br \/>\nFamiliar with local market environments<br \/>\nIn depth understanding of sales and marketing principles<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAdditional Information:<\/p>\n<p>Band: VII<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAB InBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
