AVIATION SECURITY ASSISTANT II \u2013 4 Posts
\nMINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
Must be a holder of an Advanced Secondary Education Certificate or a Diploma preferably in Law, plus training\/certification on\u00a0military\/militia or its equivalent qualifications from recognized institution. The candidate Must also have Aviation Security Screener Training.
\nTraining in Cargo and Mail Security, Airport Security or Security Quality Control will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Ensure proper access control of staff, authorized persons and vehicles to aircrafts
\n\u00a0Conduct aircraft security searches and checks as appropriate
\nAssist in deployment and supervision of security personnel from outsourced security service providers to ensure security of aircraft\u2019s, passengers, baggage, cargo and mail is maximized.
\nWork closely with respective officers in charge to ensure Revenue Integrity is maintained.
\nReport and record all incidents in the OB for management follow up
\nBrief and debrief outsourced security on security matters to ensure they understand and implement the instructions.
\nAssist in handling and carriage of firearms in compliance with company security program to ensure safety of equipment, personnel and passengers is maximized.
\nPrepare daily shift security operations report to ensure proper follow up and action on any issues arising in the course of duty.
\nManaging safe custody and accountability of Lost and Found property until they are reclaimed by the rightful owners or otherwise disposed according to company policy.
\nServe as duty shift in-charge when called to do so
\nPerform any other official duty as may be assigned by your Supervisor<\/p>\n
