\nThe High Commission of Canada in Tanzania is seeking candidates for the following full-time position:<\/p>\n
LE-01 Locally Engaged Information Technology Professional (LEITP)<\/p>\n
This dynamic and experienced professional will fill the role of Information Management and Technology (IM\/IT) Officer. The position plays a key role in supporting the mission\u2019s mandate through the effective and efficient delivery of IM\/IT services and infrastructure.
\nCandidate Requirements
\nCandidates must have:<\/p>\n
Proficiency in\u00a0English and Swahili<\/p>\n
A\u00a0college or university degree\u00a0with a specialization in computer science or a related discipline<\/p>\n
At least\u00a02 years of experience\u00a0providing direct Information Management and Technology support and coaching to users by:<\/p>\n
E-mail<\/p>\n
Video\/telephone conference<\/p>\n
Microsoft Remote Assistance<\/p>\n
In-person, within a Service Desk environment<\/p>\n
Experience supporting\u00a0Microsoft Windows products and devices<\/p>\n
Experience supporting a\u00a0Local Area Network (LAN)\u00a0and its components<\/p>\n
Experience supporting and managing\u00a0standard end-user computing devices\u00a0such as Microsoft Windows-based desktops and laptops, as well as smartphones (Android and\/or iOS)<\/p>\n
Experience supporting\u00a0Microsoft 365 collaboration tools\u00a0such as Teams and SharePoint<\/p>\n
