Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?<br \/>\nThe key purpose to work towards achieving growth in volumes sold; growth in market share and increased competitiveness through providing market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified segments.<br \/>\nKey Roles and Responsibilities<br \/>\nAchieve sales targets for assigned areas<br \/>\nManage and supervise Distributors of assigned sector (orders, payment, re-distribution<br \/>\nEnsure IB products are available in reasonable stock (complete range) in the customers and retail outlets<br \/>\nEnsure merchandising (visibility of the brands in terms of POS and Chillers) in the customers and retail outlets<br \/>\nEnsure chillers are properly placed in the performing outlet and used exclusively for IBPLC products in the assigned sector<br \/>\nMonitor the recommended price of our product at sales outlets<br \/>\nClosely monitor actions of the competition<br \/>\nKey Attributes and Competencies:<br \/>\nProficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications<br \/>\nBe dynamic and sociable<br \/>\nGood sense of organisation<br \/>\nHave easy contact and a sense of collaboration<br \/>\nBe a team leader<br \/>\nGood oral and writing skills<br \/>\nBe very predictable<br \/>\nAbility to maintain good relations with other departments within the company<br \/>\nAbility to listen and set an example to others<br \/>\nMaster sales techniques<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure<br \/>\nReact positively to constructive criticism<br \/>\nAbility to comply with the instructions of his\/her direct supervisor<br \/>\nSharing risks for security measures linked to logistics<br \/>\nResponsible for entrusted working tools (vehicles, calculators, staplers etc.)<br \/>\nMust do his\/her utmost to achieve the objectives that will be fixed<br \/>\nMust be punctual, self-confident, self-disciplined<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements:<br \/>\nMinimum of B.Sc. or HND in Social sciences or any relevant discipline<br \/>\nMinimum of (2) years Sales experience in FMCG Industry<br \/>\nSound theoretical and practical knowledge of Sales in FMCG<br \/>\nAdditional Information:<br \/>\nBand: X<br \/>\nAB InBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in-line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
