\nJob Purpose:
\nTo lead, develop, and manage the company\u2019s sales operations within the country, ensuring achieve sale target, market expansion, and strong customer relationships in alignment with company objectives.<\/p>\n
Basic Job Functions
\n\u2022 Formulate and implement sales strategies that aligned with company strategy
\n\u2022 Team Leadership and development
\n\u2022 Sales target achievement and Develop effective marketing plan<\/p>\n
\u2022 Establish and maintain effective relationship with potential
\nstakeholders
\n\u2022 Maintain competitive edge in the market and identify industry changes to effect rightstrategies
\n\u2022 Collection and Portfolio Performance
\n\u2022 Training of RSM, Team Leaders on product knowledge, supervision skills and sales skills
\n\u2022 HR support and system
\nMinimum Qualification and Experience
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (Master\u2019s preferred)
\n\u2022 At least S years\u2019 relevant experience in competitive sales environment
\n\u2022 Proficiency in computer applications.
