\nWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Reservations Manager to lead our Digital, Content, and Reservations teams. The successful candidate will drive our marketing initiatives, enhance our online presence, and oversee reservation operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and sustainable business growth.

\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead and manage the Digital Marketing, Content, and Reservations teams to achieve company objectives.
\nDevelop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and guest engagement across our safari properties.
\nOversee all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
\nManage reservation systems and processes to maximize occupancy and revenue.
\nCollaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
\nMonitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
\nMaintain high standards of customer service in reservations and marketing communications.
\nKeep abreast of industry trends and incorporate creative, innovative marketing approaches.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or safari lodges for 5+ years
\nStrong leadership, execution of strategy and team management skills with growing responsibilities
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\nProficiency in digital marketing tools, reservation platforms, and analytics
\nCreative, innovative, and data-driven mindset
