\nHuman Resources Officer (2 Posts)
\nJob Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement organizational development strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
\nCoordinate general HR practices such as training, recruitment, termination of services, internal transfer, performance management system, and staff orientation.
\nManage employee relations, conflict resolution, and counseling.
\nHandle employee benefits (SSF, etc.) and health insurance.
\nEnsure proper maintenance and updating of all personnel and HR-related documents.
\nPrepare and maintain employee leave information.
\nPrepare all types of employee payments\/staff benefits.
\nPrepare HR reports on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n
Academic Qualification & Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related subjects.
\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience as a Human Resources Officer.
\nPreferably experience working with microfinance\/financial institutions or banks.
\nStrong communication skills, written and oral, at all levels of the company.
\nAbility to work independently, confidently, and proactively, but also as part of a motivated team.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\nProficient in the use of MS Office package.<\/p>\n
Remuneration
\nAttractive salary package will be offered relating to competencies and experiences.
