We are an equal opportunity employer seeking dynamic, loyal, and committed individuals with a passion for people\u2019s socio-economic development to fill the following positions for immediate appointment.<br \/>\nJob type Full-time Job<br \/>\nInformation Security Officer (1 Post)<br \/>\nJob Responsibilities:<br \/>\nServe as a core member of the Security Operation Center (SOC), monitoring and optimizing security tools to ensure data integrity.<br \/>\nConduct dedicated monitoring and analysis of cybersecurity events using various tools to investigate and understand security incidents, leading to effective incident response (IR).<br \/>\nAnalyze and detect security threats through threat intelligence-based detection and behavior analysis.<br \/>\nEnsure the integrity and efficiency of Internal Audit-related matters.<br \/>\nPerform data mining of log sources to uncover and investigate anomalous activities, tuning rules, filters, and policies to enhance detection accuracy and visibility.<br \/>\nMaintain excellent communication with the Audit Manager of ASA Tanzania and Group Internal Auditor of ASA International (ASAI) Headquarters on all tasks and projects.<br \/>\nConduct regular field visits for auditing purposes at least 12 days per month and report field activities to the Chief Executive Officer of ASA Microfinance Tanzania Limited and Dhaka, Bangladesh.<br \/>\nManage security incident communications, including initial reporting, follow-ups, and resolution activities.<br \/>\nProvide threat and vulnerability analysis, along with security advisory services.<br \/>\nAnalyze and respond to undisclosed software and hardware vulnerabilities.<br \/>\nInvestigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends.<br \/>\nPrepare monthly consolidation reports of the audit department on time and send them to the ASAI Group Head of Internal Audit.<br \/>\nDevelop a program plan that includes security gap assessments, policies, procedures, standards, training, certification, and testing.<br \/>\nAccomplish day-to-day activities regularly and on time.<br \/>\nAcademic Qualification &amp; Experience Requirements:<br \/>\nMinimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subjects.<br \/>\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA-T) is an added advantage.<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience as an auditor or in a relevant role is a must.<br \/>\nPreferably experience working with NGOs, financial institutions, banks, audit firms, or consultancy firms.<br \/>\nIn-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.<br \/>\nProficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).<br \/>\nRemuneration<br \/>\nAttractive salary package will be offered relating to competencies and experiences.<br \/>\nGeneral Requirements for Applicants of All Posts<br \/>\nApplication Letter.<br \/>\nCurriculum Vitae enclosing details of work experience, skills, and postal and telephone contacts of three referees.<br \/>\nOne current passport-size photograph attached in CV.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
