\nJob Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Maintain all petty cash on a daily basis, make monthly reports, and post data on the system in a timely manner.
\nMaintain and keep records of books of accounts and reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
\nRespond to inquiries from the Chief Finance Officer and ASAI Team regarding financial results, special reporting requests, and similar matters.
\nLiaise with respective government departments, submit returns, and maintain proper compliance.
\nPrepare PAYE & SDL, Social Security Funds, and HESLB reports on a monthly basis and submit to respective authorities within the timeline.
\nHandle company tax, pay tax, and other withholding taxes.
\nEnsure and handle external and internal audits.
\nEnsure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
\nPrepare payroll sheets on a monthly basis.
\nEnsure accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
\nCollaborate with management and the IT department to enhance security measures.
\nDocument any security breaches and assess their impact.
\nEnsure monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
\nCollaborate with other departments to support overall department goals and objectives.
\nMonitor and analyze departmental work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
\nMaintain liaison with banks and financial institutions regarding loans and assist the controller in daily banking requirements.
\nPrepare the fixed assets register and fixed assets schedule on a monthly basis.
\nConduct frequent field visits to different branches when necessary.<\/p>\n
Academic Qualification & Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n
Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subjects.
\nBSc\/MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security, or related IT fields.
\nProfessional Information Security Certifications such as CEH, CCNA Security, or CompTIA Security+ are preferable.
\nCertification as ISO\/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer is a must.
\nMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Security, focusing on incident monitoring and detection.
\nSolid knowledge of various information security frameworks.
\nTechnical expertise in areas including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), SQL, TCP\/IP, networking, programming languages, IDS\/IPS, penetration and vulnerability testing, forensics, firewall and intrusion detection\/prevention protocols, operating systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux), network protocols, packet analysis tools, Next-Gen AV, DLP, email, storage, syslog, Windows Server, and Identity Access Management.
\nPrior experience in detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents.
\nUnderstanding of common security threats, attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and exploits.
\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\nCritical and strategic thinker, negotiator, and consensus builder.<\/p>\n
