Job Description
\nThe role involves the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
\nConduct in-person or virtual sales presentations to potential clients to showcase products\/services.
\nBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
\nMeet or exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
\nStay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
\nNegotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals and achieve sales goals.
\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
\nWork closely with the sales team and management to align strategies and meet company goals.<\/p>\n
Compensation<\/p>\n
One in this position is entitled to a retainer and sales commission with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
At least Ordinary Education Level (Form IV).
\nMust be able to speak English and Kiswahili fluently.
\nMust be a resident within Dar es Salaam Region.<\/p>\n
