We are currently seeking to recruit a Consumer Financing Manager:
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Spearheading the product to ensure existence and expansion.
\n\u2013 Ensuring extended customer base with quality portfolio.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Ensure adequate income which is justifiable with portfolio size.
\n\u2013 Supervision of Consumer Financing Officers in all branches including review of performance as recommended by Branch Managers.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Manage and give strategic direction to Consumer Financing Officers to enhance their performance.
\n\u2013 Review of product performance on monthly basis and taking proper action toward any negativities.
\n\u2013 Advise Business development team on ways to improve the product for growth.
\n\u2013 Review of procedures and advice the Management on any technical change if required.
\n\u2013 Ensure that all the necessary controls are in place to address the risks encountered in pre and post granting of financing facilities to customers.
\n\u2013 Supporting the BMFC with all necessary techniques required in processing of financing facilities.
\n\u2013 Conduct training to stakeholders.
\nKey Competency Requirements:
\n\u2013 Strong knowledge of banking industry, banking products and services.
\n\u2013 Understanding of regulations that govern financing.
\n\u2013 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n\u2013 Customer oriented mindset.
\n\u2013 Negotiation Skills.
\n\u2013 Results driven.
\n\u2013 Leadership and Management skills.
\nQualifications and Experience required:
\n\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any other field related to the industry.
\n\u2013 5 years of relevant work experience. Reporting line: Head of Retail Banking
