SENIOR DATA ENTRY OFFICER
\nThis role will be based in the procurement department, where one must have fast and accurate typing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management systems to support organizational efficiency and data integrity. \nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\u2022 Purchase Order (PO) Entry: Accurately input POs into ERP or procurement systems, ensuring correct vendor details, quantities, and pricing.
\n\u2022 Invoice and Delivery Tracking: Log supplier invoices, delivery notes, and goods received vouchers to maintain up-to-date procurement records.
\n\u2022 Vendor Database Maintenance: Update suppliers contact details, certifications, and performance records.
\n\u2022 Quotation Management: Enter and organize supplier quotations for easy comparison and retrieval.
\n\u2022 Contract Data Entry: Record contract terms, renewal dates, and compliance milestones.
\n\u2022 Assist procurement officers with bid tabulations, price comparisons, and report generation.
\n\u2022 Maintain digital and physical filing systems for procurement documentation.
\n\u2022 Support audit readiness by ensuring all procurement data is complete, accurate, and traceable.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Excel, ERP platforms (e.g., Tally)
\n\u2022 Use of document scanners, shared drives, and e-filing systems.
\nKey Attributes
