What this position is about \u2013 Purpose:
\nWork closely with the finance team to support delivery of timely financial planning, reporting and adequate decision support to management.<\/p>\n
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIE
\n1. General Ledger: Support the maintenance of key account reconciliations, preparation of monthly reports and coordination of monthly review meetings.
\n2. Product Costing & Leaf Accounting: Support leaf tobacco buying reconciliation,\u00a0preparation of green leaf related payments documentation for necessary approvals.
\n3. Financial Planning & Analysis: Support in the preparation of monthly actuals reports\u00a0and forecasts (Management brochure, MMR, T&E).
\n4. Internal controls: Executing all internal controls as allocated by internal controls team.
\n5. Learning and development: Build and understanding of the business from seed\u00a0to lamina.

\nWhat we are looking for
\nEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree in economics\/finance\/I
\n\u00a0
\nPC skills:\u00a0Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
\nLanguages: English (Speak, Read, Write), Swahili (Speak, Read, Write). Great Communication and Presentation skills
\nPractical experience:
\nExperience of 1 year or less in a finance or accounting role is an added advantage
\nFunctional Skills:
\nFinancial reporting; Financial analysis; SAP; Ms. Office (Excel); Power Bi
