We are looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience in Sales and Marketing for Sales Representative positions. The successful candidates will directly report to the respective Territory Manager.<br \/>\nKey Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\nThe incumbent will be responsible for<br \/>\nIdentifying and implementing new business opportunities<br \/>\nAccount Development: Explore\/action new outlet opportunities to develop and execute RED<br \/>\nQuality Management: Ensure compliance to Quality Standards and Manage Trade Replacements.<br \/>\nManage and maintain company assets<br \/>\nExecute outlets as per the company strategies<br \/>\nExecute market survey and formulate account plans<br \/>\nPromotions: Implement promotional plans, Report, and Execute Promotional Compliance<br \/>\nNegotiates permanent, promotional and ad hoc space with customer.<br \/>\nAttend frequent trade visits to customer stores with the Territory Manager<br \/>\nUnderstand pack margin and pack role per customer in order to optimise revenue growth.<br \/>\nUtilise market research and analysis such as e-EDS, Market and insights reports, RTM reports and feedback to customer.<br \/>\nDevelop, implement and\/or manage account specific programmes, promotions and packs as required and evaluation.<br \/>\nEnsure master data accuracy: Making sure the customer list and details are up-to-date.<br \/>\nProblem solving and conflict handling\/resolution<br \/>\nSkills, Experience &amp; Education<br \/>\nThe incumbent should have at least a Degree or diploma in Marketing\/Business Administration. Two years practical relevant experience preferably with FMCG, computer literate, flexible team player and team builder, assertive and persuasive, and demonstrate high integrity.<br \/>\nThe incumbent should also posses;<br \/>\nProduct &amp; Industry knowledge<br \/>\nCompetitor insights<br \/>\nStrategic Thinking<br \/>\nAnalytical Skills<br \/>\nFlexible &amp; Resilient<br \/>\nConflict handling ability<br \/>\nGood Attention to detail<br \/>\nCustomer focussed &amp; Service orientation<br \/>\nCommercial\/ Industry awareness<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal skills \/ good motivational skills<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
