\nIn this role, the Security Guard will be responsible for managing the flow of cargo, securing storage areas, monitoring vehicle traffic, and ensuring that all security protocols are followed to protect the depot, freight station, and transportation routes from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
\nKey Responsibilities:\u00a0Effective protection of AZ NAS client\u2019s assets and personnel as directed by the operation Department.<\/p>\n
Carry out all legitimate tasks assigned by supervisors.

\nReduce client exposure to risk.
\nEffectively manage guard posts as directed.
\nProject a sense of strength and integrity to the client.
\nEnsure timely and effective response to incidents.
\nCall for immediate backup in the event of an emergency.
\nLiaise with clients to ensure proper deployment.
\nAttend to customer complaints and incident reports promptly.
\nMaintain efficient and timely reporting.
\nRelay important information and intelligence to supervisors.<\/p>\n

\nROLE & CONTEXT
\nTo ensure the effective manning of client locations.<\/p>\n
Report to the guard post 15 minutes before the start of the shift.
\nReport for duty properly dressed and fully equipped.
\nBe fully familiar with Post Orders and the operational environment.
\nManage internal and external threats, including emergencies, in accordance with training.
\nObserve and note any abnormal occurrences, incidents, or changes at the post.
\nHandle client complaints in a timely and courteous manner by reporting to the supervisor or control room as appropriate.
\nProvide observations and recommendations to supervisors.
\nEnsure that reports, OB (Occurrence Book) entries, and guard logs are accurately maintained and up to date.
\nEnsure all incidents during the shift are properly reported.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) plus either Militia Training, National Service, and Basic Police Training or Basic Prisons Training course from recognized Institutions.
\nAbility to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
\nStrong observational skills with attention to detail, especially in identifying security risks and unusual behavior.
\nGood communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with various departments (warehouse, logistics, law enforcement, etc.)<\/p>\n
