\nThe Human Resources Office of Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company Limited (DOCG) informs all Tanzanians with the following qualifications and who are ready to work at the Marine Storage Terminal Project (MST) at Chongoleani.<\/p>\n
1.0. Position \u2013\u00a0SECURITY LEAD (1 post)
\n1.1. Qualifications: \u2013<\/p>\n
Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.
\nAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Oil & Gas, construction, or
\nProven experience in managing security teams and security operations in remote or high- risk areas.
\nFamiliarity with Tanzanian security laws, community dynamics, and corporate security protocols.
\nPrior background in the military, police, or licensed security firm is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
1.2. Responsibilities: \u2013<\/p>\n
Develop, implement, and maintain effective site security plans, procedures, and protocols.
\nSupervise and manage the daily operations of the security team, including contractors\u00a0 and guards.
\nConduct risk assessments and site security audits; proactively identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
\nEnsure full compliance with EACOP\u2019s security policies and national legal requirements.
\nMonitor and coordinate access control for personnel, vehicles, and visitors at project sites and offices.
\nCollaborate with local law enforcement and community leaders to ensure a secure working environment.
\nInvestigate all security incidents or breaches, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
\nProvide regular reports on security status, incidents, and recommendations to project management.
\nTrain and sensitize staff and contractors on emergency response and security awareness.
\nLead incident response efforts during emergencies, such as theft, protest, or unauthorized entry.
\nSupport HSE and Crisis Management teams during\u00a0evacuations\u00a0or security drills.<\/p>\n
