Position: Service Coordinator

\nYour Impact<\/p>\n
Coordinate with hospitals, service partners, and health authorities to roll out the IMPALA system across Tanzania, ensuring strong local ownership and reliable clinical impact.
\nLead and provide on-site implementation, training, and service support for hospital staff.
\nBuild strong relationships with healthcare workers, administrators, and public health stakeholders
\nTroubleshoot technical issues and provide continuous system support.
\nCollect and relay feedback to improve service delivery and product innovation.
\nCoordinate all logistics of implementation, including inventory, travel, and training schedules.
\nHelp shift healthcare from reactive to proactive by empowering frontline workers.<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Required Experience:<\/p>\n
Experience working in healthcare delivery, digital health, or health technology in Tanzania (Bachelor\u2019s degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Clinical Medicine, or Medicine).
\nStrong project coordination skills with the ability to manage complex deployments
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Swahili
\nA hands-on, adaptable approach with the ability to train and engage diverse healthcare professionals
\nProblem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
\nTechnical proficiency and comfort with digital tools and troubleshooting
\nPassion for health system improvement and equity in care
\nFluency in Swahili and English<\/p>\n
