\nPosition Overview:
\nThe Garage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the garage at Altezza. This role involves managing the team of mechanics and support staff, ensuring the maintenance and repair of vehicles are performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The Garage Supervisor will also monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Supervises and coordinates activities of AUTOMOBILE MECHANICS engaged in repairing, adjusting, servicing, and storing motor vehicles of the Company.
\nAnalyzes defective equipment to determine cause of trouble.
\nInspects and drives repaired vehicles to verify repairs.
\nEvaluates performance of workers
\nKeeps inventory of repair parts and equipment and requisitions replacement stock
\nPrepares repair reports and vehicle requests.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in a supervisory role within an automotive repair or maintenance environment.
\nStrong mechanical knowledge and technical skills related to vehicle repair and maintenance.
\nExcellent leadership and team management abilities.
\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.
\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.
\nFamiliarity with inventory management and supplier coordination<\/p>\n
