\nPosition:\u00a0Performance and Training Manager
\nReporting to:\u00a0Head of People, Culture and Administration.
\n\u00a0
\nResponsibility:<\/p>\n
Oversee Performance management of the organization to ensure quality FY strategy aligned goal setting for all staff, timely and quality periodic appraisals of the performance.
\nOversee and guide Line Managers consequence management for underperformance.
\nOversee recognition and incentives for performance.
\nCoach Managers and staff on all matters relating to Performance Management.
\nAnalysis of trends in performance and recommend action plans to Management.
\nEnsures optimal utilization of performance management systems.
\nPeriodic evaluation of the effectiveness of the existing performance management system and making necessary changes\/adjustments.
\nOversee Learning and development for all employees. Conduct competence assessments to identify competences required for each role and assess current gaps for learning\/training interventions. Conduct learning needs assessment for the organization and create the annual learning & development calendar and monitor implementation. Propose and oversee the training budget. Conduct pre and post learning assessments.<\/p>\n

\nMain tasks:<\/p>\n
Ensure quality FY strategy aligned goal setting for all staff, timely and quality periodic appraisals of the performance.
\nGuide Line Managers consequence management for underperformance through Performance Improvement plans (PIPs).
\nOversee recognition and incentives based on performance.
\nCoach Managers and staff on all matters relating to Performance Management.
\nAnalysis of trends in performance and recommend action plans to Management. \uf0b7 Ensures optimal utilization of performance management systems.
\nOversee Learning and development for all employees.
\nConduct competence assessments to identify competences required for each role and assess current gaps for learning\/training interventions.
\nConduct learning needs assessment for the organization and create the annual learning & development calendar and monitor implementation.
\nPropose and oversee the training budget.
\nConduct pre and post learning assessments to ensure learning aha taken place.
\nAssist in the coordination of strategic and operational activities within the organisation including project support, collation of information, reporting and data analysis
\nAttends Regional Managers meetings
\nProvide support to the Management in achieving the organizational Strategic Plan including reviewing performance against the strategic objectives and tracking of the organization\u2019s work plan by division
\nEnsure periodic all staff recognition events to promote employee engagement and motivation for performance in building as high performance culture.
\nAdminister incentives and rewards in recognition of performance.
\nOversee succession planning for management and critical roles and implement learning and nonlearning interventions for identified successors.
\nResponsible for ensuring the collection, reporting and analysis of all organizational information relating to performance and quality
\nDevelop and prepare business performance dashboards and analysis<\/p>\n

\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or related fields.
\nMaster\u2019s in Business Administration (HRM) is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Very good knowledge of oral & written English.<\/p>\n
Very good analytical & reporting skills.
\nAt least 5 years\u2019 experience in People and Culture management.<\/p>\n

\nOther attributes:<\/p>\n
Good knowledge of VFT, WV &VFI Partnership.
\nDetermined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team<\/p>\n
Proficient in Microsoft office application<\/p>\n
Excellent trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach.
\nSelf-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
\nMust be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented<\/p>\n
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
\nCapacity & willingness to take responsibility and develop sense of rectitude Familiar with Core business.<\/p>\n
Models and demonstrates effective Christian leadership and able to lead daily devotions.<\/p>\n
