VFT-MFB is seeking to employ a dynamic and committed Tanzanian young men &amp; women who have passion for people\u2019s economic development to fill in the vacant position detailed here below;<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWork Reference No. 16\/25<br \/>\nPosition:\u00a0Performance and Training Manager<br \/>\nReporting to:\u00a0Head of People, Culture and Administration.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nResponsibility:<\/p>\n<p>Oversee Performance management of the organization to ensure quality FY strategy aligned goal setting for all staff, timely and quality periodic appraisals of the performance.<br \/>\nOversee and guide Line Managers consequence management for underperformance.<br \/>\nOversee recognition and incentives for performance.<br \/>\nCoach Managers and staff on all matters relating to Performance Management.<br \/>\nAnalysis of trends in performance and recommend action plans to Management.<br \/>\nEnsures optimal utilization of performance management systems.<br \/>\nPeriodic evaluation of the effectiveness of the existing performance management system and making necessary changes\/adjustments.<br \/>\nOversee Learning and development for all employees. Conduct competence assessments to identify competences required for each role and assess current gaps for learning\/training interventions. Conduct learning needs assessment for the organization and create the annual learning &amp; development calendar and monitor implementation. Propose and oversee the training budget. Conduct pre and post learning assessments.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nMain tasks:<\/p>\n<p>Ensure quality FY strategy aligned goal setting for all staff, timely and quality periodic appraisals of the performance.<br \/>\nGuide Line Managers consequence management for underperformance through Performance Improvement plans (PIPs).<br \/>\nOversee recognition and incentives based on performance.<br \/>\nCoach Managers and staff on all matters relating to Performance Management.<br \/>\nAnalysis of trends in performance and recommend action plans to Management. \uf0b7 Ensures optimal utilization of performance management systems.<br \/>\nOversee Learning and development for all employees.<br \/>\nConduct competence assessments to identify competences required for each role and assess current gaps for learning\/training interventions.<br \/>\nConduct learning needs assessment for the organization and create the annual learning &amp; development calendar and monitor implementation.<br \/>\nPropose and oversee the training budget.<br \/>\nConduct pre and post learning assessments to ensure learning aha taken place.<br \/>\nAssist in the coordination of strategic and operational activities within the organisation including project support, collation of information, reporting and data analysis<br \/>\nAttends Regional Managers meetings<br \/>\nProvide support to the Management in achieving the organizational Strategic Plan including reviewing performance against the strategic objectives and tracking of the organization\u2019s work plan by division<br \/>\nEnsure periodic all staff recognition events to promote employee engagement and motivation for performance in building as high performance culture.<br \/>\nAdminister incentives and rewards in recognition of performance.<br \/>\nOversee succession planning for management and critical roles and implement learning and nonlearning interventions for identified successors.<br \/>\nResponsible for ensuring the collection, reporting and analysis of all organizational information relating to performance and quality<br \/>\nDevelop and prepare business performance dashboards and analysis<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nRequirements:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or related fields.<br \/>\nMaster\u2019s in Business Administration (HRM) is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Very good knowledge of oral &amp; written English.<\/p>\n<p>Very good analytical &amp; reporting skills.<br \/>\nAt least 5 years\u2019 experience in People and Culture management.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nOther attributes:<\/p>\n<p>Good knowledge of VFT, WV &amp;VFI Partnership.<br \/>\nDetermined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team<\/p>\n<p>Proficient in Microsoft office application<\/p>\n<p>Excellent trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach.<br \/>\nSelf-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail<br \/>\nMust be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented<\/p>\n<p>Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment<br \/>\nCapacity &amp; willingness to take responsibility and develop sense of rectitude Familiar with Core business.<\/p>\n<p>Models and demonstrates effective Christian leadership and able to lead daily devotions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAbout our working environment &amp; organization culture:<br \/>\nVisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank has a calm and harmonious working environment where staffs are highly valued.
