\nAbout the Role
\nResourceful Hub is hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organization seeking a qualified and experienced\u00a0Accountant\u00a0to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring solid financial expertise, compliance knowledge, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
\nEnsure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
\nManage accounts payable and receivable functions.
\nSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
\nAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
\nLiaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies as needed.
\nMaintain proper documentation and financial records in accordance with company policies.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
\nCertified by a recognized Accounting Board (e.g., NBAA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
\nProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
\nHigh level of integrity and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
