\nJOB SUMMARY:
\nWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of solid accounting experience, a deep understanding of financial systems, and proven expertise in managing full-cycle accounting operations.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee day to day accounting operations, including accounts payable\/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
\nPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
\nEnsure compliance with local tax regulations and internal accounting standards.
\nConduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
\nManage internal and external audits.
\nDevelop and implement internal financial controls and processes.
\nSupervise and mentor junior accounting staff.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCRA, or equivalent certification preferred).
\nMinimum of 10 years\u2019 progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role ( include minimum 2 years experience in FMCG).
\nAdvanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
\nProven ability to lead, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.<\/p>\n
