If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.<br \/>\nWhat you\u2019ll do<br \/>\nRole purpose:\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2022To acquire new SME Customers Accounts for Vodacom Enterprise.<br \/>\n\u2022To Manage and acquire Indirect sales partners to support acquisition across all segments<br \/>\n\u2022To increase SME base to the business that transforms into new revenue.<br \/>\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for the acquisition of SME customers to Enterprise base across all product lines and delivery of profitable, long-term business of those accounts to Vodacom.<br \/>\n\u2022Training and managing partners \/ sales agent\u2019s productivity in the market<br \/>\n\u2022Ensures delivery of all financial targets including gross margin, cost to manage, cost to connect, net assets, turnover, operational cash flow and average revenue per user (ARPU) and account (ARPA).<br \/>\n\u2022Establishes appropriate relationships with partners, customers in Vodacom and leverages those relationships to ensure maximum financial return from Vodacom customers.<br \/>\n\u2022Works collaboratively to provide direction on the service relationship for nominated accounts.<br \/>\n\u2022Inputs to decisions on new propositions, product mix and services for customers<\/p>\n<p>Who you are<br \/>\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2022Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills translated from consumer insights<br \/>\n\u2022Excellent communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022Strong stakeholder management skills<br \/>\n\u2022Ability to anticipate customer, competitor and market dynamics<br \/>\n\u2022Strong customer service and customer satisfaction ethos.
