Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
\nCreate and schedule posts, stories, and promotions that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
\nMonitor social media trends and use insights to optimize content and engagement.
\nRespond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
\nCollaborate with the web site team to brainstorm and implement visual content, blogs and news.
\nTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates.

\nOrder Fulfillment
\nProcess and manage customer orders from our e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
\nCoordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
\nManage returns, exchanges, and customer service inquiries related to orders.
\nMaintain accurate records of inventory and report any discrepancies to the management team.
\nAssist in creating and updating product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
\nManage stock levels and replenishments.
\nRequirements
\nPrevious experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
\nStrong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nMeticulous with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\nFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, etc.) and order management systems.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nBasic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
