\nThe Sales Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving room, event, and banquet sales. The role involves promoting the hotel\u2019s services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets to increase revenue.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nSales & Client Acquisition<\/p>\n
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
\nDevelop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and tour operators.
\nRespond to sales inquiries and prepare quotations, contracts, and proposals.<\/p>\n
Hotel Promotion<\/p>\n
Promote the hotel\u2019s rooms, facilities (e.g., conference halls, restaurants, spa), and special packages.
\nConduct hotel site inspections and presentations for potential clients.
\nAttend industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to represent the hotel and generate leads.<\/p>\n
Revenue Generation<\/p>\n
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
\nAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
\nUpsell services and packages to maximize revenue per booking.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Coordination<\/p>\n
Maintain an updated client database and sales activity records in the CRM system.
\nPrepare weekly\/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
\nCoordinate with other departments (Front Office, Events, F&B) to ensure smooth execution of client bookings and events.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
\nMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel\/resort sales or a similar role.
\nA strong network within the hospitality, travel, or corporate sector is a plus.
\nFamiliarity with hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera Sales, Delphi) is an advantage.<\/p>\n
