\nThe\u00a0key purpose\u00a0of this role is to coordinate, coach, and oversee the activities of the Level 4 Electrical and Control & Automation (C&A) maintenance teams within the production environment. The role ensures maximum equipment availability through expert technical support, while upholding safety and maintenance standards.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage and lead the maintenance department
\nDelegate and monitor work activities across the team
\nEnforce standards, safety, and housekeeping protocols
\nCoach and support team members through development initiatives and SCAP assessments
\nDevelop and track team goals aligned with plant priorities
\nConduct audits and ensure compliance with technical standards
\nSupport and execute continuous improvement (CI) projects
\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
\nIdentify and scope CAPEX UPP (Utilities, Packaging, and Process) opportunities
\nPrepare and manage the Zero-Based Budget (ZBB) for maintenance; monitor compliance and risks
\nDrive apprentice and artisan development with structured development plans
\nManage personal performance and career development initiatives<\/p>\n
Maintain a Safe and Healthy Working Environment:<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) procedures and legislation
\nPromote and uphold housekeeping and safety standards in all work areas<\/p>\n
Buy vitamins and supplements
\nEnsure Reliable Plant Operation:<\/p>\n
Maintain, calibrate, and repair equipment to optimize plant and associated devices
\nLocate plant, equipment, spares, and relevant documentation
\nPlan, prepare, and execute maintenance jobs
\nDrive continuous improvement of equipment, systems, and plant processes
\nOperate and support process equipment as needed
\nCalibrate and verify accuracy of instrumentation<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
\nExperience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role; experience in Brewing, Engineering & Facilities (E&F), or Packaging environments is advantageous.<\/p>\n
