Job Description\u00a0Drive retail banking sales by proactively promoting liabilities products through daily customer engagement, achieving sales targets, deepening client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in line with business objectives.

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Achieve and exceed sales targets for retail banking liabilities products.
\nProactively identify, approach, and engage potential customers.
\nGuide customers through the account opening process, ensuring strict compliance with company policy and requirements such as KYC and anti-money laundering policies.
\nRepresent the bank professionally and uphold our customer-first philosophy in all interactions.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Education: Minimum of Form Four up to Diploma level.
\nAge: 18 years and above.
\nKnowledge of retail banking products and customer service experience is an added advantage.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nA collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
\nFlexibility to work in a performance-driven and target-oriented environment.
\nPassionate about customer satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.<\/p>\n
