\n\u00a0KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nInsurance Officer will be responsible for the following roles.<\/p>\n
To receive and process applications for insurance covers.
\nEnsure the policy requirements are fulfilled including the completion of the appropriate forms.
\nAssist customers in properly completing insurance applications in order to act as an. insurance intermediary between the company and an insurance company.
\nMonitor insurance claims.
\nInspect property and taking picture in order to examine its overall condition and decide its insurance risk.
\nTo attend different trainings accordingly as it will be directed by Insurance principal companies, TIRA and other industry stakeholders.
\nAdvice and train customer accordingly to the insurance product that will satisfy his\/her need.
\nTo make follow up on matured insurance covers so as to renew it.
\nSell and cross sell of ELM Enterprises products.
\nSolicit for new business through direct marketing; setting up appointments to meet new clients; following up on referrals from existing clients
\nPreparing and presenting proposals to promote the ELM Enterprises products, to prospective clients.
\nCarrying out market intelligence to gain an understanding of changes in the market, in consumer needs and to gain information on new entrants (possible opportunities).
\nMeet performance targets for insurance portfolio growth and profitability.
\nPreparation all required daily\/ weekly\/monthly sales reports and submit to your immediate supervisor
\nAny other duties will be assigned by supervisor<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
Minimum of Diploma in Business studies
\nMinimal qualification in Insurance is must
\nComputer literate
\nExperience in Sales will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
