\nRole Purpose
\nWe are looking for a results-driven Business Manager to lead a high-performing team of Relationship Officers and Managers. This key leadership role will be instrumental in driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and delivering tailored mortgage solutions. The Business Manager will oversee the full mortgage process\u2014from client engagement to loan disbursement\u2014while coaching and mentoring the team to achieve and surpass performance targets.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Officers and Managers.
\nDevelop and implement mortgage sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
\nMonitor team performance, providing ongoing coaching, training, and development.
\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
\nAnalyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
\nCollaborate with product development, credit, and operations teams to improve service delivery and streamline processes.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage).
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in the mortgage or broader financial services industry.
\nProven experience managing sales or relationship management teams.
\nIn-depth knowledge of housing finance products, credit assessment, and regulatory requirements.
\nExcellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.<\/p>\n
