This role supports the CVM team by ensuring visibility into key business trends, optimizing data processes, and enabling strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nData Extraction &amp; Reporting<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Run and optimize SQL scripts to extract data from various sources.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Build and maintain reports, cubes, and dashboards to support CVM operations.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Ensure visibility of key CVM metrics such as Gross Additions, Churn, Base Retention, and Product Performance.<br \/>\nPerformance Monitoring &amp; Insights<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Monitor customer base trends and provide actionable insights.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Analyze product performance and recommend strategic actions.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Create and share reports on campaign performance with clear recommendations for improvement.<br \/>\nAdvanced Analytics &amp; Modeling<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Support the development and deployment of machine learning models (e.g., churn prediction, usage behavior models).<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Use predictive analytics to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Collaborate with commercial teams to translate model outputs into business actions.<br \/>\nBusiness Support &amp; Decision Enablement<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Provide complex data analysis to support day-to-day business decisions.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Offer commercial insights and recommendations based on data trends.<br \/>\nProject Management<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Lead and manage CVM-related projects from planning to execution.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Track project progress and report on outcomes and impact.<br \/>\nCollaboration &amp; Ad Hoc Tasks<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Support the CVM team with any other data-related tasks as assigned.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Ensure continuous improvement of data processes and tools.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a02+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in telecom or fintech.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong SQL skills with experience in optimizing queries for performance and storage.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar).<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Commercial acumen and ability to translate data into business value.<br \/>\nKey Competencies<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Analytical thinking and problem-solving<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong communication and presentation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Attention to detail and data accuracy<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Ability to work independently and collaboratively<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Business-oriented mindset with a focus on customer value<br \/>\nOnline Job Application<\/p>\n<p>Not a perfect fit?<\/p>\n<p>Worried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
